- Has worked with theater actors, film actors, and non-actors.
- Experienced in all aspects of pre-production (scripts, storyboards, shot lists, schedules, etc.), production (lights, camera, sound, talent, etc.), and post-production (editing, color correcting, DI, festivals, etc.).

- Experienced with a variety of lights and lighting styles, including Mole, Arri, and Lowel lights. See gear list for owned lighting equipment.
- Has shot on 16mm color negative (Arriflex S16 and 16SR2), Canon and Nikon DSLRs, Panasonic GH series cameras, Blackmagic cameras, and camcorders.
- Owns a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera. Experienced with new and vintage lenses, and owns a kit of Nikkor manual primes (see gear list).
- Familiar with many tripods, monopods, Glidecams, dollies, shoulder rigs, follow focuses, and other camera gear.

- Can boom operate and mix simultaneously; familiar with digital recorders and mixers including the Marantz PMD 660 and Zoom H4n.
- Knows how to rig lavaliere microphones, both wired and wireless.
- Skilled in ADR engineering, foley, sound mixing, designing and sweetening.
- Writes in industry-standard screenplay format, primarily using Celtx.
- Can create pitches, treatments, loglines, and outlines, plus formatting, re-writing, and doctoring work.
- Experience writing in a variety of genres (comedy, drama, romance, etc.).
- Day rate: depends on project length and duties (doctoring, rewrite, short, feature, series, etc.).
